Use by Employers. Accessible Jobs Inc.hereby grants you a limited, terminable, non-assignable and non-exclusive right to access and use the Site only for your internal business use seeking candidates for employment. This authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the material on the Site solely for your personal use directly related to using the Site for the purpose of searching and recruiting job prospects.
You may not sell, transfer or assign any products or services or your rights to any products or services provided by Accessible Jobs Inc.to any third party without the express written authorization of Accessible Jobs Inc.You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of any information you post to the Site and any consequences arising from such posting. Accessible Jobs Inc.reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access and use at any time if Accessible Jobs Inc.determines that you are in breach of any of these Terms.
You agree not to do any of the following:
Access to Site. You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the Site. Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible to Accessible Jobs Inc.for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to distribute, transfer or resell your use of or access to the Site to any third party. If more than one individual wishes to use a single password belonging to a registered user, such registered user must request permission from Accessible Jobs Inc., it being understood that Accessible Jobs Inc.shall be under no obligation to approve any such request.
If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure, you must promptly change your password by updating your account information and immediately notify us of the problem via email addressed to [email protected].
Accessible Jobs Inc.reserves the right to deactivate or cancel any account for any reason pertaining to the administration and use of the Site.
Accessible Jobs Inc.is not liable to the Users of the Site or to its registered participants for the content, quality, performance or any other aspect of any information provided by participants and transmitted by the Site or for any errors in the transmission of said information. Accessible Jobs Inc.will not sell, rent or release to any third parties personal or company information that is entered into accessiblejobs.org by the User. Accessible Jobs Inc.shall retain all right, title and interest in and to accessiblejobs.org, including all intellectual property rights therein and thereto. User acknowledges that Accessible Jobs Inc.may compile aggregate data related to the use of accessiblejobs.org and that Accessible Jobs Inc.may use, reproduce and make commercially available to third parties such aggregate data. Such aggregate data shall be the property of Accessible Jobs Inc. and can be used without notice to or approval of User.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, and supersedes any and all prior agreements, between Accessible Jobs Inc.and User with regard to Accessiblejobs.org. The failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement will not result in a waiver of any rights either party may have under this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, it will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions. Accessible Jobs Inc.will not be liable for any delay or failure of Accessiblejobs.org due to any event beyond its control or otherwise including natural disasters, acts of government or war, etc. Nothing in this Agreement may be construed to make either party the agent or partner of the other. This Agreement shall be construed and controlled by the laws of the Province of British Colubmiba and both parties further consent to the jurisdiction of the Province and federal courts sitting in that Province.
